The perfect bloody Mary

Ingredients

32 oz  Tomato Juice (or try using Clamato juice if available)
Juice of 1Lemon
Juice of 1Lime
3 tbsp  Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp  Tabasco
1 tbsp  Horseradish
1 tsp  Ground Cumin
1 tsp  Ground Caraway Seed
1/2 tbsp  Dry Oregano
1/2 tbsp  Ground Celery Seed
To Taste  Sea Salt & Black Pepper, freshly ground
Ice
8 oz  Vodka (optional)

Directions

In a large pitcher, whisk all ingredients except the ice and vodka (if using) together to combine. Make the mix a few hours before serving, and chill, allowing the flavors to meld.

Fill glasses about half way with ice. If mixing with vodka, pour 2 ounces into the glass, then fill with 6 to 8 ounces of the bloody Mary mix. Garnish with a celery stick and lime wedge, and serve with a mix of olives, pickled veggies, cheese, tomatoes and salami.

Notes

1. Ingredients can be adjusted to appeal to your personal preference. 2. Keep a few slices of lemon and lime before squeezing for garnish. 3. Optional additional garnishes may include olives, pickled vegetables, cheese squares, salami and more. Be creative and enjoy!
